MedPrime Technologies is a progressive medical device company that was founded in 2014 with the aim of transforming the healthcare system through novel and customer-centric solutions. Our goal here is to create an interactive website that would provide an immersive user experience to visitors. With our minimalistic yet creative design, we helped MedPrime Technologies provide a seamless experience to its customers where they can easily navigate through the website and get a deeper understanding of their product offerings. We extended our creativity to create a website and brand identity that perfectly encapsulates the core values, goals, and essence of the company.

What the client wanted!

We prioritise client needs above all. Moving forward with the project, the client maintained a clear communication on how they wanted their brand to look and to be represented to their target audience.

This clarity in thought and communication helped us create something extraordinary and captivating. However, there were some bumps along the way which we tackled with grace and experience.

Challenge 1:

Creating a brand identity and aesthetics that reflect a coherent and convincing theme for the intended consumers. It was critical to make sure that what we were designing, the aesthetics extending to color choices and typography, remained consistent with the brand and resonated with the persona. This involved market research on the consumers needs, rivals and the current trends in design.

This challenge pushed us to refine the brand’s visual story and deliver a style guide that ensures consistency across all touchpoints.

Challenge 2:

Crafting an interactive user experience while ensuring scalability. The platform had to handle a growing customer base without compromising on performance, while also incorporating features like product customization or storytelling elements.

Our design approach

For MedPrime Technologies, we swayed away from a conventional creative approach and designs. We started our insight process by reviewing the overview of the company: identifying the main directions and unique features of Medprime in the medical technology industry. With this knowledge in mind, the challenge was to create a platform that would represent the company’s progressive mindset and appeal to its customers.

The usage of micro animations, scalability, and cleanliness of designs allowed us to create a user experience that is personal and resonant, while also highlighting Medprime’s innovative spirit. To combine utility with aesthetics, we integrated story- telling aspects and used design elements that made the brand likable and familiar. It changed the concept from the delivery of the information to the creation of the experience where users are informed, entertained and motivated.
